When your Social Security and Medicare benefits are ended and you can no longer live without going back to work or moving in with your kids or becoming homeless.
When your Hispanic/Black/Middle Eastern/Asian/non-white relative, or even you, are deported to a country they/you never knew just because your parents or a parent came from that country (yes, that's right folks, trump doesn't think being born in the U.S. makes you a U.S. citizen and wants to end citizenship by birth in America}.
When you are required to sign a personal loyalty promise to trump in order to be eligible for a government job.
When your wife or daughter or sister or mother is raped or sexually molested by someone and not only does the rapist get off for the crime but has impregnated your loved one and she won't be able to get an abortion and must carry her rapists child to term and maybe even raise it.
When vegetables and food cost so much because of a 20% tariff on imported foods and also because all of the migrant farmworkers have been deported or are in some kind of concentration camp awaiting deportment.
When computers, cell phones, cars, household appliances and everything that has components made in other countries are unaffordable except only to the wealthy because of the 20% tariffs that will be imposed on all imported goods.
When public school is no longer available to your children and the only way to get your child an education is to send them to a private school, with a government voucher, that is most likely to be a christian school where your child will be indoctrinated into that religion.
When your household has to become a one income household because childcare is so expensive it's cheaper for someone to quit their job and stay home rather than bring more money into the household.
When housing is so expensive you have to move in with your parents or your children or some relative or at least have roommates because no matter how many jobs you work you can't afford rent or the mortgage ANYWHERE.
When your white privilege that you've so long denied you had no longer protects you from the government and you are subjected to the same lack of opportunity non-white, not male people typically have been subjected to historically because you aren't one of the privileged wealthy or you are not a trump supporter or you're a liberal.
When the air is unfit to breathe and the water is unfit to drink and you or your children are sick because of the environment because all regulations protecting the environment from pollution and poisoning by factories and manufacturers so they can rake in the profits without spending a dime on protecting the environment from the chemicals they use and the fuels they burn.
When the wild animals that live in our natural areas are no longer protected and are made extinct one after the other due to the regulations being removed that protected them.
When your already too high taxes are raised so that millionaires, billionaires and multi-billion dollar corporations don't have to pay any taxes at all.
When being a christian becomes if not mandatory, at the very least is preferred and anyone not a christian is treated like second class citizens and/or are publicly berated.
When overt racism, xenophobia, homophobia and misogyny has permeated every aspect of American life and only wealthy straight, white men people have opportunity or privilege.
When your entire life is turned upside down because of several or even one of the policies you voted for when you voted for trump and Republican congresspeople.
I hope then you'll understand why so many of us fought so hard to keep trump out of our Whitehouse.
I hope then you'll realize that you've been had by a con man who cares absolutely NOTHING about you or your family and who only ever ran for office for his own benefit. You will see when his policies are implemented and begin to affect everyone's lives but the most wealthy and most privileged.
